  • General Description 
  • The deodorization system is placed after the kitchen's hood and gradually fats, moisture and smoke by mechanical filtration and the odors produced during cooking and cooking by chemical filtration.  The system is manufactured in accordance with the manufacturer's design and standards, as well as the requirements of the health service and is suitable for the intended use.

9 or 10 -stage filter box, manufactured by aluminum frame with profile 40mm and double walls made of galvanized steel sheet. The ispection and the replacement of the filters is possible from the side doors.To ensure air tightness of the doors there are gaskets.The doors also have insulation with thickness 20mm. The doors are fixed to the frame and they open with metal hinges 180 ⁰, their air tightness is ensured with high tenacity polyamide locks. The box has a pre-installation for the future installing of a injection system. The connection to the pump and the fluid supply vessel is made with couplings. The pump has a timer with automatic spraying adjustable to the times that application requires.

Filtration stages

1st Stage and 2nd Stage
Grease filter class G2 to weave stainless steel or aluminum, to retain moisture and fat. profile 48mm
Maintenance: Washable. Weekly inspection and cleaning when necessary.

Stage 3
Synthetic filter class G4, corrugated, with an easy replacement filter media for containing large particles and residual oil. profile 98mm
Maintenance: Change alone filter media every 3-4 weeks. Cost savings of 80%.

Stage 4
Synthetic filter class F5 soaked glutinous substance, corrugated, with an easy replacement filtroulikou for containing the small particles and residual oil. Profile 98mm.
Maintenance: Change alone filter media every 4-6 weeks. Cost savings of 80%.

Stage 5
Stable bag filter class F8 fiberglass fibers with very dense folds for containing the small particles and soot. profile 292mm
Maintenance: Replace the filter every 2-4 months

6th Stage
Absolutely stable bag filter class H10 or H12 fiberglass fibers with very dense crimp to retain micro-particles and soot. profile 292mm
Maintenance: Replace the filter every 3-6 months.

7th & 8th Stage Stage
Chemical purification filter in the form of a cartridge or canister containing activated carbon or a mixture of activated carbon and activated alumina impregnated with potassium permanganate to retain odors.
Maintenance: Control of chemical filters every 3 months and replace the grains contained in canisters or cartridges when needed. Cost savings of 60%.

9th Stage
Activated carbon, corrugated, with an easy replacement filter media for containing odors. profile 98mm
Maintenance: Change alone filter media every 6 months. Cost savings of 80%.
